Slow Flow Vinyasa

Hatha inspired, this (yang) class consists of pranayama, classic asanas, standing balances, floor and core routines, and always finishing with a consolidating 10-minute meditation.

Yin Yoga

A restorative style of yoga. Aiding to increase circulation in the joints, improve flexibility, and regulating the body's energy flow. Focus within. Breath is key.


Yin can be challenging but also creates a unique sense of calmness you will feel both physically and mentally.

Yang and Yin Yoga

Learning more about the therapeutic benefits of yoga, both the physical (exercise) and the mindful (innercise). 


Having a Yang and Yin practice creates a beautiful balance within your energy channels and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and energized.

Body and Mind, Strength and Calmness. Practicing with mindful intention and focus.

8:30pm - 9:15pm | Meditation

  3. For Zoom, a meeting invite will be sent before session time once payment is made.

Yoga and Meditation: 2022 prices

$20 -  Casual session, in person

$65 -  4 sessions (Yoga or Meditation)

$90 - 6 sessions (Yoga or Meditation)

$110 -8 sessions (Yoga or Meditation) 

$15 -  Casual Zoom session, or $50 for a whole month of unlimited Zoom Yoga or Meditation

$40 -  Private One on one Yoga session (1 hour)
