In 2020 I'm writing one thank you letter a day and today I wanted to write one to you. I think it was a year ago now, I was told to try and do more yoga since I have anxiety and depression so I started going on Monday nights. My first class was the first class you taught at our gym on that night I think and I loved it. Now, a year later I hate going without yoga and go almost every day when I can. So I just wanted to say thank you for that first class and all the rest. I really enjoy your classes since we get to stretch a lot and always feel so much calmer after your classes especially. Also, thank you for going the extra mile with the nice smelling sprays and the yoga meditation pillow. Thank you for making your classes so fun and engaging. I hope they will continue for a long time. Best wishes!
